Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions within our hospitality environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture, supporting recruitment efforts, implementing training and development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and serving as a strategic partner to hotel leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all aspects of human resources management including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective hiring strategies.
  • Ensure legal compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations (e.g., OSHA, EEO, ADA, FLSA).
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance / payroll departments or external providers.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee training programs and facilitate performance appraisals.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional, fair, and timely manner.
  • Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and workplace safety.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and documentation in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights on HR metrics to support operational decision-making.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador and support the hotel’s mission, vision, and values.

Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Working Conditions :

  • May be required to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
  • On-site presence is expected; this is not a remote position.
