We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions within our hospitality environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture, supporting recruitment efforts, implementing training and development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and serving as a strategic partner to hotel leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of human resources management including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective hiring strategies.
- Ensure legal compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations (e.g., OSHA, EEO, ADA, FLSA).
- Manage payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance / payroll departments or external providers.
- Coordinate and conduct employee training programs and facilitate performance appraisals.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional, fair, and timely manner.
- Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and workplace safety.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and documentation in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on HR metrics to support operational decision-making.
- Act as a cultural ambassador and support the hotel’s mission, vision, and values.
Requirements : Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.Working Conditions :
May be required to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.On-site presence is expected; this is not a remote position.
