Must demonstrate frequent physical activities such as walking, standing, sitting, kneeling, crawling, squatting, reaching, bending, and crouching Supervise and manage daily class functions for a group of children Adhere to all Primrose School of Standley Lake rules and regulations regarding child health, safety, and care Assess each child's developmental needs regularly Implement approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule following the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum Collaborate with the Leadership Team on parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations Maintain an inviting and organized classroom environment Provide positive reinforcement and set clear behavior expectations for children Attend required staff meetings, workshops, and school functions Adhere to state licensing regulations and Primrose Schools policies and curriculum Maintain professional appearance and conduct CPR Certification (Preferred) Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred) INS Certification (Preferred)
