As a Lead Teacher in our Infant or Toddler program, you will be responsible for planning and implementing activities that support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child. You will adhere to the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and provide a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Requirements :
ECT Certification requiredAbility to pass all required background checksCapability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.Must demonstrate frequent physical activities such as walking, standing, sitting, kneeling, crawling, squatting, reaching, bending, and crouchingPrimary Responsibilities :
Supervise and manage daily class functions for a group of childrenAdhere to all Primrose School of Standley Lake rules and regulations regarding child health, safety, and careAssess each child's developmental needs regularlyImplement approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule following the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculumCollaborate with the Leadership Team on parent-teacher conferences and student evaluationsMaintain an inviting and organized classroom environmentProvide positive reinforcement and set clear behavior expectations for childrenAttend required staff meetings, workshops, and school functionsAdhere to state licensing regulations and Primrose Schools policies and curriculumMaintain professional appearance and conductLicense / Certification :
