Clinic Wellness Specialist

Summary

• A health / wellness professional who assess and then identifies the needs for health and wellness programs for both participants within the CoxHealth System’s and corporations contracted within the CoxHealth Systems; who participates in the goal setting process with the participant and / or corporate contact, implements programs to help meet the participant / companies needs and works with the customer to customize a plan that works for the company. Collaborate with provider, benefit partners and internal departments to coordinate wellbeing efforts and to create a network of resources. Market clinic services for wellness and primary care provider. Coordinate wellbeing related activities such s health / biometric screenings, educational seminars, informational meetings, health and wellness challenges and wellness coaching. Keep up-to-date with current national wellness norms and wellbeing initiatives. Responsible for program reports such as; utilization, statistics, satisfaction surveys and biometric data. An employee who works well under pressure and can prioritize multiple duties and members at one time. An employee who can multi task; is confidant to address groups and speaking publicly on a variety of wellness topics.
