About The Position

Pride Health is hiring for a  Medical Assistant  to support our client's medical facility based in  Avon, IN . This is a  local 3-month contract  opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details :

• Room patients by verifying identity, reviewing medical history, updating charts, and preparing them for provider evaluations.
• Obtain and document accurate vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, oxygen saturation, height, and weight.
• Assist providers with routine clinical tasks as needed to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Call patients with test results, follow-up instructions, and provider-directed communication while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Maintain exam room cleanliness, restock supplies, and ensure equipment is prepared for patient use.
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Support general clinic operations and contribute to a positive patient experience.
