Job Summary :

We're seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Entry Level Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You will gain valuable communication and problem-solving skills while helping customers with their questions, concerns, and product needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and / or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve basic customer issues or escalate to appropriate departments when needed
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
  • Document customer interactions in internal systems accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and coachable
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Schedule
