SEG Analyst, Process Analysis Controls

As SEG Analyst, Process Analysis Controls within the Service Enablement Group (SEG), you will help safeguard Newmont's financial systems by supporting SOx compliance, improving internal controls, and ensuring policy alignment across workflows, approvals, and system access rights.

As part of our team, you will :

• Analyze and enhance financial controls, including user access, segregation of duties, and workflow approvals
• Support internal and external audit activities by identifying gaps and testing controls
• Develop testing criteria and support remediation of non-compliant processes
• Contribute to the design and standardization of control-related reporting and documentation
• Collaborate with digital, finance, and compliance teams to align systems with policy and regulatory standards
