Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Neurologist to join a dedicated and collaborative neurology team in Shelton, CT.

This full-time, permanent opportunity offers a collegial practice environment with a strong emphasis on integrated care, clinical support, and work-life balance. Physicians will provide diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and management of patients with neurological disorders.

Essential Position Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Manage acute and chronic neurological conditions, including movement disorders, epilepsy, stroke, and neuropathies.

Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and other specialists to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

Promote patient education, preventive strategies, and community wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

Education : MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

Licensure & Certification : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Neurology; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.

Experience : Previous clinical experience preferred, but new graduates and residents are welcome to apply.
