In this full-time hybrid role, you'll prepare competitive bids, manage estimating documents, and support strategic growth through accurate and timely takeoffs. Discover more at Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates and project bids for commercial and industrial projects- Analyze drawings, specifications, and addenda for accurate quantity takeoffs and scope- Compile, organize, and submit complete bid packages in a timely manner- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify scope and pricing- Review and assess subcontractor and supplier quotes for accuracy and competitiveness- Track bid outcomes and update estimating logs- Support preconstruction meetings, bid reviews, and proposal presentations- Maintain organized digital records of historical estimates and vendor pricing- Provide value-engineering options where applicable- Help close deals through confident and professional client communication Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction estimating- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Proven success preparing and winning profitable bids across multiple trades- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly- Effective verbal and written communication skills- Willingness to adapt and grow in a fast-paced construction environment- Experience with customer-facing presentations and bid negotiations is a plus Benefits- Medical and Dental Insurance- Retirement Savings Program- Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holidays)- Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle- Performance & Year-End Bonuses- Relocation Assistance- Paid Certifications & Training- Company Events & Annual Trips- Profit Sharing & Community Giving Initiatives- Hybrid Work Flexibility Schedule- Full-Time — Monday through Friday- Hybrid role with a mix of remote and in-office responsibilities depending on workload.
