job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBoard-certified or board-eligible nurse practitioner. Hospitalist experience is preferred; hospitalist training is required. Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. Shifts for the day position is scheduled from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM; the night schedule is 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM. Most of us like to spend time with our families or outdoors, so a flexible schedule is available, and we cover for each other when were out. We all have a common goal and help each other by switching shifts if someone needs a day off on their scheduled work week. As a day clinician, your responsibility will encompass rounding on approximately fourteen patients per shift and discharging when appropriate, while our night clinician will perform three admissions in addition to cross coverage. The hospital has a closed ICU with intensivists on hand 24 / 7.?So, procedures or codes are not required. We are entertaining candidates looking for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts. We use EPIC EMR and have access to our internal informatics platform. Compensation : The base salary for days is $140k$150k, and for nights, it is $170k with a generous commencement bonus.
