Job Description :

• Drive APQP activities at suppliers.
• Minimum 5+ years relevant experience is mandatory
• 20% domestic travel required."
• Follow up with suppliers on part development in a timely manner.
• Educate suppliers about the Parker PPAP / FAIR and other quality requirements.
• Evaluate PPAP documentation and align with Parker Quality requirements.
• Conduct onsite PPAP audits at vendor ends.
• Analyze quality issues at the supplier end and work on RCA and corrective action closure.
• Supplier query resolution, and if required, connect with the cross-functional team to ensure the query gets resolved in time.
• Constant follow-up with suppliers to ensure they support all work transfer activities (FAI, PPAP, etc.) in a timely manner to support on-time completion of work transfers.
• Provide weekly updates on work transfer progress.
• Assist the Tactical Team with sort / containment activity due to purchased component issues.
• Quickly develop skills pertaining to supplier quality tools available for job execution.
• Liaison activity between the supplier and the Parker customer on RCCA.
