Position Summary

We are seeking an SRS Disbursement AP Specialist to join our growing Finance team. This hybrid role will be responsible for executing disbursement operations including processing fund distributions, resolving payment-related issues, and coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, thrives in a high-volume transactional environment, and is passionate about delivering timely, accurate financial operations support.

Key Responsibilities

SRS / Heritage Disbursement Processing

• Pull and review all payment run reports, collaborate with managers to ensure accurate balancing and obtain management approval for timely payments
• Validate disbursement applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely receipt and review of all documentation required to complete payment runs.
• Execute disbursements in core systems and monitor transactions through to completion.
• Process daily clearings of all financial transactions, verifying, classifying, and recording AP payments through the company's ERP system
• Initiate and process domestic and international wire transfers
