As an Addus Registered Nurse, you will :
Work for a rapidly growing company in the nation's fastest growing industryEnable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.Enjoy the experience of working one-on-one with clients and their families to develop a plan of care through the initial assessment process.Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.Monitor and Supervise Medication servicesOccasional delegation to non-licensed staffPresent educational in-service and initial trainingsCommunicate with Case Managers and other members of the care teamDemonstrate your clinical excellence and personal compassionPromote our positive image in the community as the leading home care providerREQUIREMENTS
