We are looking for a highly motivated customer service representative to follow up with our current clients and help resolve any issues they may be experiencing. We currently work exclusively with products related to the Affordable Care Act(ACA). We're looking for someone who can go above and beyond to resolve the issue at hand. This is not a sales position; it is Customer service and retention-oriented.
