nama donuts have officially landed in NYC, and the response has been incredible. We’re serving long lines and creating devoted fans daily—and now we need passionate, skilled bakers and pastry cooks to help us keep up with the demand.

Under the direction of Chef Ryouta Hirako, I’m donut ? is known for its signature “nama” donuts—light, airy brioche-style creations filled, topped, or glazed with inventive flavor combinations. Our NYC menu features both our beloved Japanese classics and exclusive, locally inspired flavors.

As a Pastry Cook , you’ll play a vital role in crafting the product that has New Yorkers lining up. You'll join a tight-knit, energetic kitchen team committed to excellence in every batch.

What You’ll Do

Pastry Production & Execution

Prepare doughs, fillings, glazes, and toppings according to our recipes and methods.

Execute orders with speed, precision, and consistency.

Collaborate with leadership on specials and seasonal items.

Team Support & Cleanliness

Set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked station.

Support and train junior team members when needed.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Quality Control

Ensure every donut meets our brand standards for flavor, texture, and appearance.

Inspect ingredients and manage inventory rotation to prevent waste.

Check deliveries for quality and accuracy.

Service Support

Maintain a clean and professional workspace that reflects our high standards.

Support service team during busy times to ensure smooth operations.

You Have

1+ years of pastry or kitchen experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Great attention to detail and pride in your craft.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings.

A collaborative, team-focused mindset.
