Role Summary

• Supports Portfolio Manager in execution of investment process and management of a complex, diversified, global strategy.
• Investment research support for the Portfolio Manager within a diversified, global growth mandate.
• Analytical ownership of models, time-series analyses, and company / industry fundamentals.
• Generation of differentiated investment insights that influence positioning beyond pure "number crunching."
• Direct engagement with public-company executives (in-office and in-field) to inform views.

Systematic use of AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate and augment the research process.

Base Salary Ranges

$175,000.00-$275,000.00 for the location of : Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers

$175,000.00-$275,000.00 for the location of : Washington, D.C.

$175,000.00-$275,000.00 for the location of : New York, California

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
