We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, manage a wide range of health issues, and promote overall wellness. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Work with an established patient base and experienced healthcare team.

Responsibilities :

• Patient Care : Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests. Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Diagnosis and Treatment : Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, respiratory conditions, and mental health issues.
• Preventive Care : Promote preventive healthcare practices, including vaccinations, screenings, and wellness check-ups. Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and healthy habits.
• Family Care : Provide medical care across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics, addressing the unique needs of each age group.
• Coordination of Care : Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and continuous patient care. Facilitate referrals and follow-ups as necessary.
• Patient Education : Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear explanations of medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
