About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources for its Product and Technology division. This global HR lead will be instrumental in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the business goals of high-performing teams in product management, engineering, and technology functions. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Product Officer and technology leadership, driving organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies to support a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include influencing and negotiating with senior leadership on HR initiatives, designing career paths and development frameworks, and leading retention and engagement strategies to attract and retain top technical talent.
Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of HRBP experience, with at least 5 years in technology organizations, and a preference for those with a background in fintech, payments, or high-growth tech companies. The role requires a proven ability to influence, negotiate, and drive HR strategy at a global level, as well as a strong background in organizational design, leadership coaching, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will be adept at thriving in ambiguity, driving change, and executing in a fast-moving environment, and will have experience leading global HR initiatives across multiple geographies. A data-driven approach and the ability to translate insights into action are essential for this position.
