Triad Pacific Construction in Portland, OR is hiring a full-time Handyman . We specialize in remodeling and renovation and are looking for a skilled, reliable handyman who takes pride in hands-on work and helps keep job site operations organized and efficient.

Handyman Compensation :

AS OUR Handyman :

You will work a Monday - Friday schedule.

This role focuses on getting the work done-roughly 80% hands-on-with added responsibilities supporting the Project Manager with coordination, quality control, and keeping projects on schedule. You'll handle general repairs and small remodeling tasks such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and paint work, while assisting with the improvement of residential properties.

  • Performing quality construction work in a variety of tasks
  • Coordinating with subcontractors to keep projects smooth and seamless
  • Tracking and reporting daily job progress
  • Purchasing building materials

    • WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS :

  • 5+ years of experience in various construction trades
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Technology proficiency
  • Ability to provide your own hand tools
  • Ability to perform hands-on work for most of the day
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Reliable transportation

    • The following preferred qualifications would help you stand out as a candidate :

  • 10+ years experience
  • Experience managing subcontractors
  • Experience with construction software

  • Portland, OR metro area
  • Southwest WA
