Job Responsibilities

• Personalized Care Plans : Assess individual needs to create tailored therapy strategies aimed at helping patients regain functional abilities
• Implement Therapies : Apply evidence-based techniques to support the enhancement of motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday activities
• Team Collaboration : Work alongside an interdisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive care
• Education for Empowerment : Guide patients and their families in therapy methods to nurture ongoing development beyond the clinic
• Progress Tracking : Monitor clinical progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to ensure patients achieve their goals
