Genesis10 is currently seeking an L2 Production Support Specialist (release / change management) with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position. Requirements : 3 - 5+ years of IT experience in Production Support Services 3+ years in Production Support, Production Monitoring, and / or related technical environments.
