Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Estimated Weekly Salary

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,470–$1,570 per week

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Iowa or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg nursing experience required

BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a hospital setting

Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

Med / Surg RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to adults in the Med / Surg unit

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor patient progress, vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals

Maintain accurate patient records and electronic documentation

Promote a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for patients and staff
