Are you great with people and passionate about helping customers find the right fit? At Subaru Concord, we’re looking for a friendly and motivated Trade Up Specialist to work directly with our service customers and introduce them to the benefits of upgrading their vehicle through our Trade-Up Advantage Program.

This is a customer-focused, consultative role—not a high-pressure sales position. You’ll engage with customers in our service drive who are in a strong equity position and educate them on how they could move into a newer model with little or no change in monthly payment. If you love building relationships and helping people make informed decisions, this is the role for you.

Your Responsibilities :

Greet and engage with service lane customers in a warm, professional manner

Review daily appointments and identify eligible Trade-Up candidates using equity mining tools

Explain the benefits of the Trade-Up Advantage Program—including newer features, updated safety tech, and warranty options

Present personalized upgrade opportunities using iPads or printed handouts

Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless handoff and customer experience

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM tools

Follow up with interested customers to build long-term relationships

Provide showroom sales support when scheduled or needed

What We’re Looking For :

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach

Ability to quickly learn CRM tools and dealership technology (Care Connect, iPads, etc.)

Previous automotive or sales experience is a plus—but not required

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude

Comfortable multitasking across departments in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and demeanor

Valid driver’s license with clean MVR

Availability to work Saturdays
