Senior Project Manager

Join our team as an experienced Senior Project Manager, where you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the utmost quality and safety. You will oversee and be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a single large complex project or multiple smaller projects, serving as the primary point of contact during construction.
• Collaborate with Solutions Executives during Project Development to review project constructability and risk, develop construction pricing, and prepare construction schedules.
• Assist with developing project delivery strategies.
• Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, and other financial aspects of the project.
• Participate in project meetings with internal departments.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure the scope and direction of the project is on schedule.
• Set objectives and make decisions on critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters.
• Consult with supervisors concerning unusual problems and provide leadership to the project team to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
• Train and mentor less-experienced team members and may manage direct reports, including performance coaching and hiring.

Work Environment :

This is a 100% on-site position at a VA hospital. The project manager will be based out of a leased warehouse for the duration of the project. Benefits include 2 weeks PTO, 6 paid holidays, and medical / dental / vision and 401(k) options.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
