Be a trusted advisor and sounding board to the executive team. 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management, ideally in a startup or tech environment. Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving results. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats. Experience with project management tools and data dashboards. Background in scaling operations from early-stage to growth.
