Lead QA Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Leading the Quality Assurance function for GBX, the firm’s flagship front-office platform for trading Fixed Income, and Interest Rate and Credit derivatives
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources.
• Work with Development and Product teams to ensure high quality delivery of features.
• Lead and mentor QA team members.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
