Leading the Quality Assurance function for GBX, the firm’s flagship front-office platform for trading Fixed Income, and Interest Rate and Credit derivatives
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources.
Work with Development and Product teams to ensure high quality delivery of features.
Lead and mentor QA team members.
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
