Birdi Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled Public Information Systems Engineer to lead the design, upgrade, and modernization of advanced Public Address (PA) and Video Management (VMS / CCTV) systems across large-scale facilities and infrastructure environments. This role combines technical design, field engineering, and project coordination to ensure reliable, high-performance communication systems that enhance safety and situational awareness.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge of low-voltage communication systems, hands-on installation or commissioning experience, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, facilities, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop system designs, technical specifications, and documentation for communication and security system projects.
• Plan and execute upgrades to existing PA and VMS / CCTV systems to meet modern performance and reliability standards.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to evaluate system conditions and recommend technical improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement and construction teams to source equipment and oversee integration activities.
• Support bid preparation and contractor coordination for project execution.
• Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning of new systems to ensure quality and compliance.
• Prepare detailed progress reports, test procedures, and project documentation.
• Participate in regular project meetings and maintain compliance with technical and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with field staff to plan safe and efficient site access for project activities.
