About the Role
JD Logistics America is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our growing team in Fontana, CA. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in supply chain or logistics who are passionate about driving business growth through operational excellence. As a key member of the Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting e-commerce sales activities, enhancing client engagement, and collaborating across internal departments to ensure seamless execution of customer initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the global Sales team regarding sales processes, tools, policies, and activity coordination.
- Support the end-to-end process for new customer onboarding, including account setup and documentation collection.
- Conduct bi-weekly audits of billing records to ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support invoicing processes.
- Assist in preparing sales contracts, reviewing client documentation, and generating regular reports on sales data, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Identify and research potential B2B and B2C sales leads to support business development goals.
- Maintain and manage customer pricing structures and discount levels with accuracy and timely updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, Customer Service) to facilitate the successful execution of sales projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA / BS) required.Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (verbal and written).Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.Understanding of e-commerce or supply chain operations is strongly preferred.
