GENERAL FUNCTION :

The Product Marketing Director at Fifth Third is responsible for shaping how our financial products are positioned and perceived in the market. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, product adoption, and growth across our Consumer, Commercial and Wealth & Asset Management businesses. The Product Marketing Director is responsible for understanding the complexities of financial products and leading a high-performing product marketing team to translate them into compelling value propositions for clients.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Drive customer acquisition and deliver measurable growth.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing financial products.
• Create compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences across consumer and business segments.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Analyze customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Marketing experience in fintech / technology products to drive innovation and growth
• Support the development of sales enablement tools and training materials.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to Fifth Third's tone, voice, and visual identity.
• Influence stakeholders across functions.
• Strong understanding of financial products, customer segmentation, and regulatory considerations.
• Engage in customer research and testing
• Partner with product, analytics, legal, compliance, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and regulatory standards.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive feedback; developing employees to their full potential and providing challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and / or individual performance.
