About the Role :

Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Corporate Security, the Senior Corporate Security Program Manager will have overall accountability for the administration, program development, business management and the financial performance of the Corporate Security function.

How can you contribute to what we do?

  • Plan, develop, document, and manage the business and corporate programs for the security function under senior management direction.
  • Conduct overall project management of security programs such as : travel risk management, retail asset protection, critical event management, workplace violence, active shooter, physical security operations, threats intelligence, and organizational integrity, which encompass business and employee misconduct and fraud. This includes : collaboration with vendors and oversight of the bidding process, understanding programs and ROI, mapping projects and providing analysis as needed. Document standards of measurement of the efficiency and effectiveness of these programs. Coordinate and assist in the management of related tasks to include logistics, costs, scheduling and performance of the program.
  • Design and implement program policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
  • Develop program budget and forecasts costs, impact, etc.
  • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, identifying trends.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Apply specialized knowledge of industry standards / practices to the portfolio, programs and initiatives.
  • Organize, plan, develop, and present organization-wide policies for procedures, provide guidance for management and other personnel to implement.
  • Coordinate inspections, reporting, and documenting of emergency response activities of relevant programs.
  • In collaboration with stakeholders, develop employee training and awareness programs and manage development campaigns. Manage coordination of training and budgeting.
  • Manage day-to-day business operations and the administrative team, including financial management, third party vendor oversight, contracts, project management and requests, intake, analysis, routing, response, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate development and maintenance of database to track and analyze a broad range of incidents.
  • Coordinate the development, implementation and documentation of corporate security program records, finances and metrics.
  • Assist security staff in providing expertise and procedural guidance to management and staff of operating units.
  • Identify areas for improvement as it relates to the Corporate Security function, provide operational expertise, evaluate content and make recommendations on incorporating all facets of corporate security programs into the broader business & field operation. Interact with corporate stakeholders, management, and People and Culture staff in a variety of matters.
  • Identify and develop resource requirements for corporate and field program goals and objectives.
  • Manage activities and provide direction to professional, technical and support staff within the organization’s units and the field. Provide guidance and advice and support the technology function.
  • About You :

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business, Public Safety, Law Enforcement, Emergency Management, or a related field.
  • You bring 10–15 years of experience in physical or corporate security.
  • You have proven expertise in crisis management, investigations, vendor and stakeholder engagement.
  • You have institutional knowledge of budgeting processes.
  • You have experience partnering with members of the security and intelligence community, and a very strong network of security resources, contacts and established relationships.
  • You have a demonstrable record of delivering critical security solutions within tight time frames, with multiple stakeholder groups, and competing priorities.
  • You possess exceptional leadership skills including visioning, strategic planning and critical thinking.
  • You are able to evolve security strategy based on research, data, business direction, and industry trends.
  • You possess strong business and financial analytical capabilities and the ability to communicate, collaborate and earn trust with internal stakeholders across the company's functions.
  • You have the ability to work under pressure in stressful, high-profile, sensitive and rapidly changing situation.
  • You exhibit a high degree of integrity and are able to maintain confidentiality.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You’re able to travel up to 10% via commercial airlines.
