• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation) to deliver consistent, high-quality care to assigned patients.
• Address and support the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols while monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
• Thoroughly document patient history, signs, symptoms, medications, and all care provided.
• Assess and identify learning needs and provide essential education to patients and their families, ensuring they have the resources and information they need.
