Triple R Brothers (DBA, Ritter Lumber, Ideal Lumber, Montalbano Lumber) is a leading provider in the building materials industry, committed to quality and service. We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time on-site Credit Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Beaumont / Nederland, TX area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Credit analysis and granting credit limits, updating of limits when applicable
- Reconciling payments daily, ensuring timely collection of receivables
- Monitor periodic credit reviews
- Prepare and review accounts payable aging reports with management and escalate overdue accounts
- Coordinating & communicating with sales team
- Communication with attorneys, sending demand letters and filing liens
- Effective communication within the organization
- Additional accounting assistance where needed
