Highlights

• 100% outpatient role with occasional inpatient duties
• Full-time providers work 36 patient-facing hours and 4 administrative hours
• Office hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
• 4.5-day workweek with one afternoon for administrative work
• Strong community relationships and excellent administrative support
