About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Services Operations Manager to lead our frontline insurance team. This role is pivotal in overseeing operations related to various insurance products. You’ll manage case workflows, ensure SLA compliance, handle escalations, and support advisors in maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of frontline associates (not managers)
• Oversee case management and Salesforce operations
• Ensure timely resolution of advisor-submitted cases
• Manage escalations with insurance carriers
• Support insurance-related investment processes
• Ensure accurate documentation of death benefits and policy details
