Within our Analytical Services team, we have a functional service provider solution, which is a unique partnership that allows our customers to leverage the experience of our staff, while allowing you, the employee, to gain direct experience working onsite at a pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical company, all while maintaining full-time benefits.

Key responsibilities :

  • Manufacture small and large scale LNP formulations including production, purification and analysis of LNPs using established protocols.
  • Optimize formulation processes, such as mixing rate and purification conditions to improve yields and scalability of formulation.
  • Troubleshoot low-yield processes and compositions to achieve formulation targets (, composition design to enable specific delivery outcomes).
  • Troubleshoot challenges arise during protocol execution and identify opportunities for protocol and / or process improvement.
  • Meet established deadlines.
  • Maintain clear and complete ELN-based experimental records.
  • Follow SOPs to generate and maintain thorough and accurate documentation.
  • Collect data systematically, interpret and synthesize results into cohesive conclusions.
  • Generate custom lipid-based formulations and targeting molecules to optimize LNP delivery for various tissues.
