Position Overview : As a Nurse on at Recovery Unplugged, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients in our residential facility. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with the treatment team to support patients' recovery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Obtain and record vital signs for patients as needed throughout their stay in the residential facility.
• Plan and deliver nursing assessments and interventions related to medication and psychiatric diagnoses.
• Complete pre-admission triage to determine the appropriateness of admission for prospective patients.
• Administer medications to patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards.
• Document nursing goals, interventions, and clinical outcomes in patients' charts, actively contributing to treatment care planning.
• Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations to ensure the safety of both patients and staff.
