A company is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to manage the entire recruiting process and enhance employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize the full-stack hiring system, including scorecards and interview flows
Manage the recruiting process across all departments and deliver weekly hiring pipeline reports
Write and manage job listings, source candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce organizations
Proven success in hiring for marketing, operations, Amazon, product, and leadership roles
Experience running structured interviews and test projects
Skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Confident managing multiple active roles simultaneously without compromising quality
