job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAdminister quality care in accordance with residents' individualized care plans. Communicate care plans effectively to CNAs, CMAs, and other staff. Respond promptly to resident health changes and notify appropriate personnel, including physicians. Supervise medication administration and ensure accurate documentation. Conduct resident rounds, noting comfort, safety, and care quality. LPN License : Active in the state of Oklahoma. Experience : At least 2 years of nursing experience, including charge nurse duties. CPR / First Aid Certification : Current certification through the American Heart Association. Physical Ability : Capable of occasionally exerting 50-100 pounds of force. - 12-hour shifts; 7AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM
- Pay : Starting at $24+ / hour for LPNs, based on experience
