A Manufacturing Operations Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a manufacturing facility, ensuring production runs efficiently and effectively while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage teams, coordinate processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and direct production teams, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules, optimizing resource allocation and workflow.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Enforce safety regulations and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Oversee the utilization of materials, equipment, and labor, optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
  • Lead, motivate, and train production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Identify and resolve production issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent future occurrences.
  • Monitor production output, analyze data, and provide feedback to employees to improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including management, other departments, and production staff.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Significant experience in manufacturing, production, or a related supervisory role is essential.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex production issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with relevant manufacturing software and systems.
  • Friday - Sunday from 5am - 5pm

    Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours!!!
