Job Summary

Provides administrative support to Regional Campus leadership and Fort Worth Center staff through scheduling, event coordination, reception, and general operational assistance. Located in our Ft. Worth center

The annual salary for this position ranges from $45,000 – $50,000. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for meetings, events, communications, and campus leadership.
  • Maintain and update class schedules, room assignments, and building calendars.
  • Assist with facility operations, including tracking service requests and coordinating with support departments.
  • Manage event and meeting reservations, including logistics, setup, and day-of support.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned by campus leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school or GED.
  • Five (5) years of increasingly responsible administrative, secretarial and clerical experience.
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year upper level secretarial experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of general office procedures, scheduling, and event coordination
  • Professional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative software / tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional interpersonal skills with a professional and service-oriented approach
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend events
  • Other Requirements Workplace and Eligibility Conditions This position may have access to critical infrastructure as defined by Section 113.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code. If so, to be hired for and continue to be employed in this position you must maintain the security or integrity of the infrastructure as set forth in Texas Executive Order GA-48.
