Qualifications :

Undergraduate or graduate degree in construction management or a related field.

5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating.

Strong organizational, presentation, written, and communication skills.

Understanding of contract documents, drawings, specifications, and product data.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and construction management / estimating software.
