Adelphi is seeking psychiatrists to provide psychiatric services at a general outpatient clinic in Kern County, California. The psychiatrists will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations on elderly patients and develop appropriate treatment regimens. Make diagnoses and develop appropriate treatment regimens. Make electronic entries in patient medical record. Administer medical treatment and diagnostic programs. Apply prior knowledge and training to unusual and varied medical and / or psychiatric conditions. Direct work of professional staff. Effectively collaborate and maintain a positive working relationship with all multidisciplinary team members. Maintain confidentiality of patient records. Any other duties as assigned.
