Job Requirements :

  • High school Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong problem solving, Delegating, Conflict resolution, Motivational and Team building skills.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to every employee on the floor

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ability to read and write English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Strong interpersonal skills and can work independently or as part of a team to complete projects and tasks
  • Ability to get along with coworkers and work in a team environment
  • Treating all with respect and professionalism
  • Motivate team members
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Lead by example (work with team members)
  • Maintain the mold setter work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion
  • Handle molds and equipment according to written procedures and in a safe manner at all times
  • Load and unload molds from IMM
  • Maintain mold storage areas in clean and orderly manner
  • Perform minor water leak repairs and clean up duties
  • Transport molds from floor to press and press to floor using crane or forklift when needed
  • Prioritize mold change activities and adherence to scheduling needs
  • Ensure on-time completion of mold changes and mold change check sheet
  • Properly operate a Crane and or Forklift when needed
  • Maintain clean, orderly work environment (on and around all presses and storage areas)
  • Perform related duties as assigned by the lead person, supervisor and / or department manager
  • Available to work overtime when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Education and Requirements

  • Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and follow safe work procedures and always wear personal protective equipment as required.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. routinely and be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be certified to operate a crane / hoist
