What You'll Do

The Payroll Coordinator reports to the Payroll Manager and is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and support services in for the division's Payroll operations.

Responsibilities :

• Run weekly payroll process
• Union reporting
• Child support and garnishments
• Support Divisional Payroll Administrators
• Employee support
• Balancing the union accrual to the general ledger
• Maintain all union rates / benefits / skill levels for all unions
• Researching outstanding and unclaimed payroll checks
• Balance manual check batches each week
• Process payroll adjustments / corrections / one-time overrides
• Process off-cycle checks
• Research bank exceptions
• Update employee direct deposit and tax information
• Pull data and support for audit compliance

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $50,000.00 / Yr. - USD $63,000.00 / Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
