Join our team! We are currently searching for a Receptionist.

We are seeking a Bilingual (English / Spanish) to join our team in Miami.

The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. Iberia offers the following benefits : Medical, dental, vision, Life & Disablity along with a 401k Plan. Salary is regionally and experience based at $18-$19 per hour.

Position Requirements

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, handling high call volumes preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
