Therapists interested in Sports or Concussion and Vestibular Rehab program development will receive educational and mentoring opportunities through The Clinical Athlete or Complete Concussion programs, support in targeted marketing and input on equipment selection. Additionally, new graduates will receive structured mentorship from one of our experienced manual therapists. Clinicians are encouraged and rewarded for pursuing leadership roles within the clinic or innovating opportunities to extend our reach in the community.

Benefits and Compensation : Competitive compensation with a choice of plans that allow you to control your own earning potential from $80,000 to $105,000 per year or more, sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, paid professional development including specialist certification, opportunity for mentorship, paid time off including personal days and 10 paid holidays, medical, vision, dental, life and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, 401(k) plan with matching, medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts, APTA membership, license fees, and discount for PT treatment.
