Key Responsibilities Process and track invoices, bills, and payments for the fleet department Maintain organized filing systems for fleet documents, reports, and compliance records Monitor hazardous operations (HAZOPs) to ensure safety and compliance Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in administrative, operations, or fleet management support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including mid-level Excel skills Knowledge of safety compliance or fleet operations is a plus Familiarity with auto industry incentive programs and production scheduling preferred
