Duties
- Enter and manage contract data in multiple databases.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Verify and compare data with source documents for correctness.
- Conduct basic research as needed.
- Prepare and send documents related to agent contracting.
- Answer phone calls and follow up on administrative tasks.
- Maintain filing, record-keeping, and document management systems.
- Provide general administrative, marketer, and agent support.
- Respond to internal and external routine inquiries, ensuring compliance with rules and procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience in contracting, data entry, or insurance licensing preferred.Fast and accurate data entry skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently and as part of a team.Professional, outgoing, and adaptable to a fast-paced but supportive work environment.If you are a motivated individual looking to contribute your skills in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
