WorkFit Medical Staffing is excited to announce an opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) in our ICU / Critical Care unit. This position is based in Rochester, NY, and is perfect for dedicated nursing professionals looking to make a significant impact on patient care. As an RN in the ICU, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, performing advanced assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Starting Payrate : $52 / hr

Requirements

• Current active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
• At least two years of experience working in an ICU or critical care setting.
• Proficient in advanced nursing practices and techniques.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient and family interactions.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
