Key Responsibilities

Lead a patient-focused clinical team

Provide high-quality ethical dental care to all patients

Perform full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions

Present treatment plans and educate patients on options

Deliver efficient excellent clinical treatments

Work with Operations to meet financial and budget goals

Mentor and coach new dentists and dental team members

• Stay current with evolving dental practices through continuing education

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
