We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Senior End User Support Analyst to provide exceptional technical support at our Braintree, MA site. As the primary IT contact at the location, you'll oversee local support operations, serve as a key escalation point for technical issues, and coordinate with global infrastructure teams to align local actions with enterprise strategy.
In this dynamic role, you'll take ownership of hardware / software troubleshooting, user support, patch management, asset tracking, and lifecycle refresh planning. You'll also mentor junior staff and ensure a high-quality support experience for all end users, including executive and VIP support.
